In the first installment, we talked about our disdain for fashion shows, but now we want to talk a little bit about what we saw. We don’t get the need for all of these absurd looks…cough cough…Thom Browne…cough cough. We understand they may be trying to create a feel or vibe for the collection, but can’t they do that with clothes one can actually wear? For this reason, we think that of all the people that showed Spurr was the one that came out victorious. Ralph Lauren and Michael Bastian had great shows, but Spurr had this perfect European elegance that really rose about the rest.
